Gym: Day 2

Just as I had predicted, I ended up not going to the gym on Thursday. Or any day of the extended weekend for that matter…!

But after bingeing on junk food yesterday (something I don’t often get to do D: ) at my White Elephant party, I felt badly for my body and the price it would pay all because my appetite for deliciously terrible goods is insatiable. 

So today I hit the gym again, and there was already someone in there! Noo :( One of my worst fears about going to the gym is being seen by other people - especially people who are already fit and have no problems working out what so ever. I’m glad to say I don’t get as red-faced as I used to when exercising, but maybe that’s because I’m not pushing myself as hard because now I’m not getting a grade for it…HAHAHA. I laugh at how close to the truth that statement is.

On a side note, I think I’m getting sick. My throat has been getting steadily more swollen through out the day and my ears hurt a little. Somehow whenever I get sick, I always get some kind of throat infection or something. Whyyyyy :( Post-nasal drip and swollen lymph nodes in my throat and in my jaw area all the time. GROSS. Even before working out, my body was feeling kind of tired. But maybe that’s just from a general lack of sleep and being out of shape. I dunno. I’ll just keep taking tylenol in the mean time and popping vitamin c drops.
