Day 1 of the 30 Day Shred
I never knew a 20 minute work out could be so vigorous! Being out of shape for so long, I have to say - that was tough. My muscles (or maybe lack there of) were queazy after the first half! But the time passes by so quickly, I suppose it’s not so bad. I wish I had someone to do this with me so we could suffer together and laugh about how tired we were after 20 minutes!
