Day 1 of the 30 Day Shred
I never knew a 20 minute work out could be so vigorous!
Being out of shape for so long, I have to say - that was tough. My muscles (or maybe lack there of) were queazy after the first half! But the time passes by so quickly, I suppose it’s not so bad.
I wish I had someone to do this with me so we could suffer together and laugh about how tired we were after 20 minutes!

Accepted my invitation to join Phi Kappa Phi, went to the gym two days in a row and got sweaty, made a meal-plan for the week, been drinking more water and eating better — what a wonderful start to the week!
